Dermaplaning is a non-traumatic method of “manual exfoliation” and skin rejuvenation. It has become increasingly popular because it’s one of the skin treatments you can do that has an immediate result without pain or downtime. Instant gratification!

Dermaplaning may also be used to enhance the absorption of peels, masks, and at-home skincare products.

Dermaplaning is an excellent treatment for revitalizing skin, by removing peach fuzz and the outermost layers of dead skin cells leaving the skin immediately smooth, supple and vibrant.

It is different from shaving. Not only does it remove peach fuzz, it also takes off many more layers of skin than a standard razor does.

A concern many ladies have when deciding whether to try dermaplaning is whether their hair will grow back thicker and darker. This is false.
